Day Plan
The time you woke up, a guided meditation, your intention for the day, what could get in the way, and a quick scrum of today's actions.
LifeWorks connects what matters to you with what you do every day. Your pillars, goals and expected results live on one board, today's actions and habits wait on your dashboard, and Focus walks you through them one at a time.
It's the screen you land on: the time, a greeting and a mountain scene that changes with the hour and follows your light or dark theme. The chips along the top open today's actions, your habits, your calendar and your clocks.
Focus puts the action you're working on in the middle of the screen, with a Pomodoro timer. Up next lists the rest of today's actions at the time each would start, planned around your calendar events, and today's habits have a tab of their own.
Name up to ten pillars: the areas of your life you won't neglect. Each pillar holds up to three goals, and each goal up to three expected results you can measure. The board draws the chain, and every action on your dashboard shows where it leads.
Two short rituals bookend the day, each opened from a chip on the dashboard, and a longer review closes each week, month, quarter, half-year and year. Everything you write is kept, and you can read it back.
The time you woke up, a guided meditation, your intention for the day, what could get in the way, and a quick scrum of today's actions.
Three questions: what you're grateful for, what you could have done better, and the first thing you'll do tomorrow.
The Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Midyear and Yearly Reviews ask what you achieved, what to improve, how your goals and pillars moved, how the plan went and what comes next, beside the period's completed actions, habit check-ins and the plan you wrote last time.
Every review you complete, from a single day to a whole year, kept to read back whenever you want.
Keep your notes, books, media and courses in one place, track how far along you are with each, and tag them so they're easy to find again. Labs gather them around a question or a project.
You don't need to know any of them. Each one shaped part of LifeWorks, so you get the benefit just by using it.
Projects and a knowledge vault give everything you capture a place and a reason to exist.
Every action has a do date, and Focus always shows you the next one.
Small daily habits, tied to your pillars, with streaks that show your consistency.
A Day Plan each morning and a Day Close each night: you write little, and it shapes the next day.
Pomodoro breaks, a guided morning meditation and Memento Mori keep you present.
